cops_nebt: contains data from Energy Balance and TurbulenceNetwork during COPS Campaign

Summary
The COPS energy balance and turbulence network intended to measure all components of the surface energy balance including the both turbulent fluxes of sensible and latent heat as well as the long and shortwave radiation components and the ground heat flux. For this purpose, eddy-covariance measurements have been carried out to directly measure turbulent fluxes of high accuracy. The post-processing of the flux raw data has been done with the software package TK2 (Department of Micrometeorology, University of Bayreuth) which outputs quality-assured turbulent fluxes. Additionally, footprint analyses have been realized for all eddy-covariance systems and the flux data have been checked for the impact of internal boundary layers. Furthermore, radiation and soil parameters have been measured within the established energy balance and turbulence network as well as some additional surface-based meteorological parameters.
