Data contains the dominating soil type in a grid cell for Germany in ~1km horizontal resolution. The data are based on soil texture data source: BÜK 1000, BGR, Hannover, 2007, but recassified according to the STATSGO classification table of WRF for NOAH and NOAH_MP.
