PDRMIP model output from the ECHAM-HAM model. Model version is GISS-E2-R. The model has been run by GISS, NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies, New York, USA. GISS-E2-R delivered data on the base experiment, for the core experiments CO2x2 (doubling of CO2), CH4x3 (tripling of methane), Solar (2% increase in incoming solar radiation), BCx10 (tenfold BC) and Sulx5 (quintupling of Sulphate), the regional experiments BCx10asia (tenfold BC over asia), Sulx10asia (tenfold Sulphate over Asia), Sulx10eur (tenfold Sulphate over Europe), and the phase 2 experiments CFC12 (from present day mixing ratio to 5ppb CFC12) and BCSLT (as BCx10, but with reduced atmospheric lifetime of BC). All experiments have been performed with both coupled and fsst ocean settings.
