Model run using the Community Earth System Model (CESM) Version 1.0.2 in fully coupled configuration with full chemistry and high model top (WACCM). All external forcings (aerosol, air plane emissions, greenhouse gas surface emissions, ...) follow the RCP8.5 scenario (Meinhausen et al., 2011). Solar forcing follows the NRLSSI1 dataset (Wang, Y.-M., J. L. Lean, and N. R. Sheeley, Jr., 2005: Modeling the Sun s magnetic field and irradiance since 1713.
