ECHO-G transient simulation 7000BP - 4500BP (orbit only): atmosphere 12 HOUR raw data

Wagner, Sebastian

Experiment
Summary
Simulation period: 7 ka BP to 4,5 ka BP (Middle Holocence).
The OE1-experiment is carried out using only variations in the orbital
forcing between 7 ka BP and 4,5 ka BP (Berger and Loutre 1991). The
solar constant has been set to a value of 1365 W/m2 and the greenhouse
gas concentrations to 280 ppm (CO2), 700 ppb (CH4) and 265 ppb (N2O),
respectively.

Initial conditions: The simulation have been initialised at the end of a
500 year spin-down control (quasi-equilibrium) run with constant (orbital,
solar and greenhouse gas) forcing for 7 ka BP.

Experiment with variable orbital, solar and GHC forcing is also available.
Datasets with monthly average values are also available.
Technical data to this experiment: The experiment is using ECHO-G:
ECHAM4 (f90) + HOPE-G and was run on a NEC-SX (hurrikan).
